Healthy Oatmeal Cookie Dough Dip

   Did you ever get one of those cravings for Oatmeal cookies? So yummy, but not so good for a healthy diet with all the butter, and not so friendly for gluten free or vegan folks either.

 Well, guess what?! I’ve got you covered! Take a look at this…..

It’s my Oatmeal Cookie Dough Dip, and it actually GOOD for you!

We’re not talking low calorie, but we are talking no cholesterol, high potassium, plus 7.8 grams of fiber and  a whopping 15.2 grams of protein per serving! Plus, Almost 11% of your daily calcium, and 23% of your daily iron… so, if you’re gonna snack, and we all do it!, this is the way to do enjoy it and give yourself a nutritionally dense (not to mention gluten free and vegan) boost! Oatmela Cookie dip Best yet, it is really good! All the best parts of the classic oatmeal cookie, doughy amazing texture, and even sweet raisins.

Oatmeal cookie dough dip   See!?

Now, here’s how to make some for yourself….

Healthy Oatmeal Cookie Dough Dip

1- 15.5 ounce can of white beans, I used cannellini, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup + 2 tbs unsweetened Peanut butter, smooth or chunky, as you prefer

1/4 cup + 2 tbs quick cooking oats ( aka. oatmeal)

1/4 cup raisins

2 tbs real Maple Syrup (yup, that’s all the sweetener you need!)

3 tsp vanilla extract (Please, use real vanilla! It does affect the flavor!)

2 tbs Unsweetened Almond Milk, I use vanilla, but you can use any milk you like, just skip the dairy for your vegan friends!

pinch of salt

Now, put it all in your food processor ( I use my beloved *Ninja!) and whiz until nice and smooth.

That’s it! Instant gratification, and even though it’s totally delicious, I bet you cannot eat the whole portion!

You can spread this on pancakes, garnish ice cream, oatmeal or dip in your favorite dippers, or just eat it up by the spoonful as the mood strike you! Yum, Yum, Yum! And, the best part of all… A Happy Body, and a Guilt Free Mind AND Conscience!
